Service Description

All classes are held in the exercise studio which can be accessed directly via the rear car park and side door. To comply with health and safety (and for the privacy of other gym-users), please do not access the studio through the main gym. Participants take part at their own risk. If there are any health conditions I should know about, please let me know. Remember to bring water with you and a towel if appropriate. Cancellation policy: Please note that any cancellations of the relevant class cannot be refunded.
