Laura is a brilliant trainer and provides excellent nutrition advice too. She makes you feel very comfortable in your one to one sessions, she is also a great motivator. I have lost weight, lost inches and gained a whole new level of fitness and body confidence. I have gone from being unable to walk the length of myself to walking the hills and climbing Munro’s each weekend. 10/10

Laura is amazing!! I started with Laura just over a month ago, I was so nervous about starting as I was so unfit/heavy. As the sessions are done in a private room it made me feel more comfortable that nobody would be ‘watching me’. Since starting with Laura I have lost weight, lost body fat, lost inches and gained muscle. I feel so much better within myself because of Laura. I can’t wait to see my progress in the future. 100000% recommend!!!!!

After a few months of trying to lose weight and not seeing a difference, I decided to contact Laura. From first consultation, Laura has been invested in me and my fitness journey. Her program is truly individual. She’s professional, motivates me and always has suggestions to any troubles I have. She’s full of chat and the sessions fly in! I can’t wait to see what changes come at the next check in!

I’ve been working with Laura for approximately 3 months, in that time I’ve lost weight, completely changed shaped and actually fit now. My confidence has skyrocketed and I’m wearing 2 clothes sizes smaller than when I started. Everyone in my life has noticed a huge difference in me. Laura’s really helped me to reach my goals, with great fitness and nutrition advice along with keeping me accountable and focused. I would highly recommend using her services. She’s been great and despite my never ending social anxiety, I’m comfortable around her so it really is just like working out with a friend now. 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Laura is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is able to work through my needs. I have fibromyalgia and M.E. She reminds me when I have bad days to go gently until I feel fit enough to do the full workout and guess what I’ve lost weight which am I absolutely buzzing!
 
She’s made me feel so comfortable and able to talk to. I am deaf myself and the communication is brilliant. I’ve never missed a day which I am delighted with as I was dreading returning to fitness but as time goes on I absolutely love it!

I've been seeing Laura for about a year now and I Can't recommend her highly enough. I'd never done any gym stuff before so I was quite wary of starting  but I have to say it's one of the best things I've done. Laura is excellent, she puts you at ease and talks you through everything and explains it all as we go along. There's no pressure, she works at my pace which I'm pleased to say has really improved over the time I've been going. I'm 72 years old and I'm both delighted and amazed at how well I've done and it's all down to Laura's expert training. I look forward to going to the sessions which I'd never thought I'd say but I feel Laura is not only my trainer but is now a friend. Definitely recommend her.

I’ve been training with Laura for 2 months and am so impressed with the results I’ve seen in such a short amount of time. I love training with Laura because the sessions are fun, challenging (in a good way!) and she really personalizes them to your likes. Laura is really supportive and she encourages you every step of the way. Having trained with several trainers in the past I can definitely say Laura is a fantastic trainer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.

I just want to say thank you for the positivity when I am attending the sessions over the past 6 months. The impact on my wellbeing, motivation, cognition and lifestyle has been profound and the positive changes have been noticed by family, friends and colleagues. I have a rare neurological disorder and there has been significant improvement in my symptoms. The neurological consultants have attributed some of these changes to the one to one training sessions and lifestyle coaching. The empowerment and enablement has generated the ability to remain at work as a positive care nurse. So a huge thank you!

I have been having 1:1 PT sessions with Laura since October and the results are already fantastic! Laura is so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away coming into the gym! She understands my goals and my session are tailored to things I want to work on! I feel so much fitter in myself and my overall mood and mental health has improved! My body fat percentage is down and muscle has increased which is great and I'm so happy with the results in a short space of time. I'm so looking forward to getting back into my sessions this year and working towards more goals! I would definitely recommend Laura if you are looking for a PT, she is so lovely and down to earth! She knows exactly what she's talking about with everything fitness and gym related and is very passionate about her job which is lovely to see!
