As qualified personal trainers, we offer one-to-one personal training sessions.

We can, however, also accommodate couple and small group training sessions if required.

Depending on the needs and goals of the client, our personal training sessions may comprise a variety of 

exercise and training styles including cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, mobility training, and nutritional guidance. 

Our personal training sessions are available for purchase as single sessions or in discounted blocks.
