Our Saturday morning classes run in 6-week blocks throughout the year, however we also offer an introductory 4-week block in January. 


Open to all, our Saturday morning classes are an engaging and informal opportunity to tone, tighten and trim within a small group environment.

Intense Workout
Laura's circuits classes on a Saturday morning are a great way to introduce exercise into your week if you are a beginner or even if you attend classes regularly. The class is tailored to all abilities, I've been to a few and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere as well as the accountability to get up and start my weekend the right way!
